I tried to center mine for muchos muchos minutos and it just wouldn't work. Something with the way the HTML incorporates the header widget. It's all very nerdy. The dimensions of the space are around 650 X 90 but it defaults to that left-bottom alignment. I just tried to make my header the exact size for the space and hope for the best!

Thanks for the info. I started reading about what to do and was too tired to deal. I will give it a try...
